SV	En Semaja, de zoon van Nethaneel, de schrijver, uit de Levieten, schreef hen op, voor het aangezicht des konings, en van de vorsten, en van den priester Zadok, en van Achimelech, den zoon van Abjathar, en van de hoofden der vaderen onder de priesters en onder de Levieten; een vaderlijk huis werd genomen voor Eleazer, en desgelijks werd genomen voor Ithamar.
WLC	וַֽיִּכְתְּבֵ֡ם שְֽׁמַֽעְיָה֩ בֶן־נְתַנְאֵ֨ל הַסֹּופֵ֜ר מִן־הַלֵּוִ֗י לִפְנֵ֨י הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ וְהַשָּׂרִים֙ וְצָדֹ֣וק הַכֹּהֵ֗ן וַאֲחִימֶ֙לֶךְ֙ בֶּן־אֶבְיָתָ֔ר וְרָאשֵׁי֙ הָֽאָבֹ֔ות לַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים וְלַלְוִיִּ֑ם בֵּֽית־אָ֣ב אֶחָ֗ד אָחֻז֙ לְאֶלְעָזָ֔ר וְאָחֻ֥ז ׀ אָחֻ֖ז לְאִיתָמָֽר׃ פ
Trans.	wayyiḵətəḇēm šəm^a‘əyâ ḇen-nəṯanə’ēl hasswōfēr min-hallēwî lifənê hammeleḵə wəhaśśārîm wəṣāḏwōq hakōhēn wa’ăḥîmeleḵə ben-’eḇəyāṯār wərā’šê hā’āḇwōṯ lakōhănîm wəlaləwîyim bêṯ-’āḇ ’eḥāḏ ’āḥuz lə’elə‘āzār wə’āḥuz ’āḥuz lə’îṯāmār:

AC	ו ויכתבם שמעיה בן נתנאל הסופר מן הלוי לפני המלך והשרים וצדוק הכהן ואחימלך בן אביתר וראשי האבות לכהנים וללוים--בית אב אחד אחז לאלעזר ואחז אחז לאיתמר {פ}
ASV	And Shemaiah the son of Nethanel the scribe, who was of the Levites, wrote them in the presence of the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and the heads of the fathers' [houses] of the priests and of the Levites; one fathers' house being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.
BE	And Shemaiah, the son of Nethanel the scribe, who was a Levite, put down their names in writing, the king being present with the rulers, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech, the son of Abiathar, and the heads of families of the priests and the Levites; one family being taken for Eleazar and then one for Ithamar, and so on.
Darby	And Shemaiah the son of Nethaneel the scribe, [one] of the Levites, inscribed them before the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and the chief fathers of the priests and Levites: one father's house was drawn for Eleazar, and one drawn for Ithamar.
ELB05	Und Schemaja, der Sohn Nethaneels, der Schreiber aus Levi, schrieb sie auf in Gegenwart des Königs und der Obersten und Zadoks, des Priesters, und Ahimelechs, des Sohnes Abjathars, und der Häupter der Väter der Priester und der Leviten. Je ein Vaterhaus wurde ausgelost für Eleasar, und je eines wurde ausgelost für Ithamar.
LSG	Schemaeja, fils de Nethaneel, le secrétaire, de la tribu de Lévi, les inscrivit devant le roi et les princes, devant Tsadok, le sacrificateur, et Achimélec, fils d'Abiathar, et devant les chefs des maisons paternelles des sacrificateurs et des Lévites.
